After two years of physical transformation, Adele has lost more than 45 kilos. The British singer has completely changed her way of life, in particular thanks to the birth of her son, Angelo.

Adele’s weight loss is the result of three simple but effective changes. The British singer has lost a whopping 45 kilos in two years after making many transformations to his way of life. Once famous for her love of sugary drinks and cigarettes, Adele decided it was time to get her act together after birth of her son, Angelonow nine years old.

After giving birth, Adele naturally lost seven kilos, what changed his approach to his body, freeing her from a mental weight that made her feel like she could never remedy her overweight. Thus, the relatives of the British star claimed that it had completely changed him on a personal level. “His weight loss has really changed his life, but it’s much more than that”said a friend.

Adele has lost over 100 pounds in two years

Having always refused to lose weight just for her image, the singer from London began to improve your diet in 2012. For the sake of her voice, the first thing she did was ditch her daily 10 cups of sugary tea and say goodbye to alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine and all spicy foods, citric and sour. “It’s annoying, but I don’t think you take your voice seriously until you have an accident”she told the Australian program 60 Minutes about his 2011 vocal hemorrhage.

In 2016, she lost even more weight ahead of her tour in a bid to “regain stamina”. In 2017, she reportedly lost over two pounds, apparently thanks to a second change: the Sirtfood diet. As part of this diet plan, people who are losing weight eat plant-based foods, such as kale, buckwheat, green tea, and turmeric. These foods are known as sirtuin activators and are believed to control how the body processes fats and sugars and thus regulate appetite. It was a complicated moment, but Adele is really better, and it shows.
